Target Market
To determine target market we participated in International Trade Fair (ITF) in Germany. We made 10 Sarees, 6 Lungies, and 4Tupies for trade fair and participated with 20 products. As all over the world there are good reputations about Tati Saree, it was not very hard to introduce Tati Saree.

We
will start a new business and we have not much capital. As our business is
small, our target market is very specific. We will not go to a large market at
the beginning. We selected only two cities in United States. We will deliver
our products only four stores in two cities.
Our
target customer is Bangladeshi people who live in these cities. Bangladeshi
people like Saree, Llungi and Tupi. We can say these things are Bangladeshi
traditional dress. We also targeted those people who love to ware Saree and Lungi.
Many people who lives in abroad like to ware Sharee and Lungi. They are also
our target customer.
